Paperlane Editor — Privacy Policy
Short version: Paperlane Editor doesn't collect, store, or process your personal data.
Paperlane Editor is published by error404, a trade name of 9F B.V. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no tracking pixels, and no telemetry. The app does not create a user profile and does not send usage data anywhere.
Paperlane Editor reads and writes the files you open — on your device, or in the optional iCloud Drive library you choose. That data stays with you (and Apple, if you use iCloud). We never receive a copy of your documents.
The app is sandboxed and only touches the files and folders you point it at. It does not scan the rest of your device.
We don't share, sell, or transfer data to third parties, because we don't have any of your data to begin with.
If you email support@error404.nl, we use that message only to reply to you. We don't sell contact details and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Children's privacy: the app collects nothing, from anyone, regardless of age.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date below.
